Zoom Q3HD pocket 1080p camcorder now shipping

Two months after its unveiling, Zoom's Q3HD compact 'video recorder' has now become available, and it costs $300. The camcorder can record 1080p video
at 30 frames per second and features two condenser microphones arranged in a 120° X/Y pattern enabling high quality sound capturing.

Seen below, Zoom's creation also has a 2.4-inch (320 x 240) screen, 4x digital zoom, an SD/SDHC card slot, USB 2.0 and HDMI connectors, requires two AA batteries to operate, and is bundled with the HandyShare editing software.
